Info:Mad Caps feature a variety of strange illustrations, such as people on toilets (W.C.), Mad birds, Mad bats, and Mad cats. Each cap says "Kimo" somewhere on the front, presumably the name of the illustrator. Most say "Kimo 95", though one cap says "Kimo 2001".
They were produced by the World Cap Federation in 1995, and were quite popular in the UK. Below is almost the full set of Mad Caps (#43 is missing).
On the back of each cap it gives the cap's number and a point score. The first 60 Mad Caps are worth 1 point, while 61-98 are worth 2 points.
