These Bonkers Fun Caps are based on the Disney TV Series cartoon 'Bonkers', about a Bobcat who works as a policeman. It was first shown on the Disney channel in the U.S. in 1993, and was broadcast on German TV channel SuperRTL starting 1996.
The caps features images of Bonkers the Bobcat, and also his pet horn Toots.
On the backs of each cap it has the number and the text "Wer die höchste Nummer ins Spiel bringt, beginnt!", which translates to English as
"Whoever brings into play the highest number begins!"
