Info:These pogs were all created using the 'Milkcap Maker' toy. The Milkcap Maker was an officially licensed WPF product produced by Cap Toys Inc.
A sheet of pog card that was included with the maker (and refill packs were also available) would be inserted into the maker. A sheet of paper with your custom design, such as a drawing or page from a magazine, would also be inserted into the toy. Then you'd press down the center of the maker to cut the paper and affix it to the pog, creating your own custom pog.
You often find Milkcap maker pogs included when you purchase mixed lots of second-hand pogs, which is where all these come from.
