Info:This cap was probably produced to promote an event held by Pearl City High School (Pearl City Hawaii near Pearl Harbour). The pog says "P.C.H.S. 1993 Sax Appeal" around the edge. In the centre it has an image of an anthropomorphic saxophone, with a shiny holographic foil background.

The back of the cap is blank.
